Would you quit your job to pursue an activity that pays less, but you love? Would you commit to running the marathon or working out two days a week, knowing that it is only a matter of time before you’re as fit as you visualize yourself in your head? Would you tell someone “I love you” knowing that their answer has no hold of how you show up?
What’s the worst that can happen?
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. ~Albert Einstein

That doesn’t make giving up ok.

I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. ~Michael Jordan
You ever watch a baby start walking? It gets up. Falls on her toosh. But she doesn’t quit. She tries again. And falls. Again, and falls. We’re all born with the tenacity to get up again. But we forget, and allow others to pull us down, and keep us down.
What makes you forget how powerful you really are? To create the life of your dreams? To do exactly what you want with your one, precious life?

Let him be a reminder to us all that everyone fails. But not everyone gets the opportunity to get up and move on.
