Happy Holidays 2010!

by Dr. Christopher on December 25, 2010

From the Humble Observer and the Barefoot Rehabilitation Clinic, I’d like to wish you a very Happy Holidays!

I also want to thank you for allowing me to help enrich your lives by reading the blog.  From day one, my purpose in chiropractic practice and for the blog is get you healthy so that you can live a happy, purposeful life.

Treating patients allows me to do this one person at a time.  The Humble Observer allows me to educate the greater population.

Thank you for allowing me to serve you and to serve others.

I look forward to adapting the blog to your needs as time unfolds.  In early 2011, you can expect a newer, more professional design for The Humble Observer and the Barefoot Rehabilitation Clinic in the near future.  We will also begin using video to better educate you on healthy movement for a pain-free life and some other projects consistent with this site’s purpose.

Unfortunately, I’m not happy with the commitment I made in this post.  I did not realize how much effort it would take to create a quality read.  Therefore, I won’t be releasing an e-book at this time.

If there is any aspect of your health, including longevity, fitness, pain and injuries, creating your ideal life through molding the mind, spirituality, or happiness that you’d like to know more about, please let me know so that I can make your life easier.

Again, I wish you a wonderful holiday and the best year yet in 2011!

Christmas … is not a date. It is a state of mind.  ~ Mary Ellen Chase

From my family to yours with love,

Christopher

P.S.  Santa left me an early present.  I can’t put the The 4-Hour Bodyby Timothy Ferriss down.  Highly recommend it for anyone interested in (finally!) achieving results in fat loss, muscle gain, more sleep, or a better sex life.
