Happy Gratitude Day!

The struggle ends when the gratitude begins.  ~ Neale Donald Walsch

We can only be said to be alive in those moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures.  ~ Thornton Wilder

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.  ~ Melody Beattie

Hello Friends,

Thanksgiving is a day to “give thanks” and express gratitude.  To observe the simplicities of our lives.  Whether it’s just being alive, being able to wiggle your toes, or having food to eat.  Because there are people who have died younger than you are now, who have lost the ability to move their bodies, and that don’t have one bread crumb to eat.

I’m grateful for all of YOU.  For allowing me to fulfill my life purpose by serving others.  For connecting with me on a level that makes me feel like a human being.  And most importantly, for being YOU and making the world a healthier, happier place to live.

Thank you.

Love, Christopher

Happy Gratitude Day. It has a wonderful ring to it. Feeling gratitude removes so much of the bitterness and hurt that some people seem to focus on.

Find the things to be grateful for, focus on them, and how can you be anything but happy.

I’m grateful for many things – good health, a loving partner, dogs who refuse to see a single fault in me, a job I love and enough money to live adequately. That’s a lot to be grateful for.
