I hope you don’t mind that I don’t talk about the intricacies of health as much as other health blogs.
I don’t go so far into conventional health information because you can find it anywhere.
It would be a waste of my time to step on other people’s toes.
People are unhealthy not because of a lack of information, but because of lacking understanding of their psychology.
Realistically, these 5 unconventionally-absolutely necessary tips give us HUGE bang for our buck when it comes towards health:
- Eat Paleo (“the human diet“).
- Move alot in life and prepare for life by exercising.
- Sleep at least 9 hours a night.
- Don’t worry.
- Do what you enjoy.
Everyone in the United States knows that exercise and vegetables are good for you. People are not unhealthy because of a lack of this knowledge.
Happiness is a little bit more difficult to figure out. Having plenty of money growing up, parents that loved me, and still being depressed is proof of that fact.
So we will continue to expand upon the lofty butterflies of thought that pass us by, the specifics, and the wonders of unconventional living.
